Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks an International Trade Analyst to focus on U.S. import regulatory matters, including CBP administration, antidumping investigations, and related proceedings. The role provides administrative support and client service, ensuring deadlines are met within guidelines.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge of 19 CFR, HTSUS, and FTAs, plus strong MS Excel and MS Office skills for complex reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Customs Brokers License preferred.
• Experience with CBP import regulation and ITC/AD/CVD matters.
• Knowledge of 19 CFR, HTSUS, and free trade agreements encouraged.
• Ability to deliver high-quality client service and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in advising on import regulatory matters with CBP.
• Prepare filings and responses for CBP, ITA, and USITC proceedings.
• Draft case briefs and assist with exhibits, questionnaires, and verifications.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files for AD/CVD cases.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and government officials under supervision.
