BBVA in New York is seeking a Global Trade BE Associate to act as the primary liaison between Front and Back office, ensuring accurate execution and post-sale service for SBLCs and Documentary Credits, from Sales to Execution.
The role requires 2-3 years in Global Trade Finance, fluency in English with Spanish preferred, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication are essential for success.
The Global Trade Business Execution Team – Associate (“BE Associate”) will be an integral part of the Global Trade Finance New York team, and will serve as the primary liaison between the Front and Back office. The Global Trade Business Execution Team is responsible for the execution and post-sale service of all Trade products, with main focus on Stand-By Letters of Credit (SBLCs) and Documentary Credits (DCs), ensuring a seamless experience for clients from Sales to Execution.
The BE Associate will serve as the primary liaison between Front and Back office to ensure accurate and timely execution, monitoring and post-sale service of all Trade products, which will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $105,000 to $117,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
