Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a new global program turning data centers over from construction to operations. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and coordinate across offices and time zones to keep milestones on track.

You will work with executives and engineering teams to optimize processes, drive speed, and ensure consistent decision-making globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 8 years or more in program management for 24x7 operations is preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills and process improvement experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch a global program to accelerate data center turnover.
• Collaborate with leaders to gather input and ensure decisions are data-driven.
• Standardize issue mitigation and risk management across global processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across offices, time zones and hemispheres.
• Support daily operations and drive continuous process improvements.
