Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Facility Readiness in Data Center Operations. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across offices and time zones, planning requirements, identifying risks, and coordinating schedules with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building a scalable turnover program from construction to operations, fostering data-driven decisions, and delivering results while partnering with site teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience in program management at data centers, manufacturing, 24x7 operations, or similar.
• Experience with process documentation, process mapping, and workflow improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and advanced data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders across offices/time zones.
• Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Design, develop, and launch a global program to accelerate data center turnover from construction to operations.
