Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a new global program that accelerates data center turnover from construction to operations. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, and communicate goals across offices and time zones.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, identify risks, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement. This role offers a competitive package and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 8 years of program management experience at data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other 24x7 operations (preferred).
• Experience with process documentation, process mapping, and workflow improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and advanced data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch a new program to help construction teams turnover data centers.
• Foster optimization and speed while collecting, analyzing, and visualizing the data needed to drive the program forward.
• Standardize issue mitigation, remediation, and risk management plans; ensure scalability for future growth.
• Engage operational leaders to inform decisions and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
• Drive standardization and consistency across global processes for uniform decision making.
