Job summary

Feld Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Tour Operations Coordinator to provide leadership and support to Tour Coordinators, Athletic Trainers, and Tour Office Coordinators. You will hire, onboard, and train new staff, coordinate travel and housing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include visa coordination, HR liaison, contract review, and expense processing. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience managing large multinational groups.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience coordinating travel for large groups.
• Must have valid driver’s license & passport.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and train Tour Coordinators.
• Oversee onboarding of Athletic Trainers and Tour Office Coordinators.
• Coordinate travel, housing, and logistics for FEI personnel and productions.
• Create and maintain training documents and operating policies.
• Coordinate visas and immigration for touring staff.
• Liaise with Corporate HR, PR, and legal on staffing matters.
• Manage contracts and reimbursements for coaching and independent contractors.
• Schedule and lead regular team meetings to provide direction and feedback.
