HackerOne is seeking a Director of Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to design pay, benefits, HRIS (Workday), and workforce reporting for a global workforce. You will lead the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, shape multi-year strategy, and partner with Finance, Legal, and executives on pay equity and governance.
As a remote role for West Coast-based candidates, you will drive AI-native enhancements and scalable processes while helping leaders make data-driven talent
Qualificações
- 12+ years in Total Rewards, compensation, analytics at scale.
- 5+ years leading managers or teams.
- Hands-on ownership of HRIS (Workday) and related systems.
- Experience building people analytics and workforce reporting used by executives.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Legal on pay equity and compensation cycles.
Responsabilidades
- Own global Total Rewards strategy: compensation, pay bands, equity, benefits.
- Lead Total Rewards, People Systems, People Analytics teams and org design.
- Build People Analytics to provide a single, trusted workforce view.
- Own the People technology roadmap anchored on Workday and AI integrations.
- Run annual compensation and benefits cycles; align with Finance and leaders.
- Design scalable processes for change and resource allocation.
