Job summary

HackerOne, a global leader in CTEM, is seeking a Director, Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics. You will design pay, benefits, and analytics for a global workforce, turning the People function into data-driven operations.

You'll lead teams, own Workday-based HRIS, and partner with Finance, Legal, and executives on equity, budgeting, and reporting. This remote role targets candidates on the West Coast and other U.S. hubs, balancing flexibility with collaboration.

Qualifications

12+ years designing and running compensation and benefits at scale.
5+ years leading managers or teams.
Hands-on ownership of HRIS (Workday) and related tools.
Experience building people analytics used by executives.
Experience with cross-region pay equity and cycles.

Responsibilities

Own global Total Rewards strategy, compensation structure, equity, and benefits.
Lead Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams.
Build People Analytics for a single, trusted view of the workforce.
Own People technology roadmap anchored on Workday and AI integration.
Run annual compensation and benefits cycles and align with Finance and executives.
Drive change across the function and scale processes for growth.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and executives on compliance and budgets.
Establish governance and auditability of compensation and people data.
