Verra Mobility Corporation seeks a strategic Senior Director Total Rewards and Payroll to lead global compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. You will guide executives and HR, drive a multi-year roadmap, and ensure compliant, cost-effective rewards across regions.

You will manage executive compensation, equity programs, and job architecture while partnering with Finance and Legal to meet regulatory requirements and optimize expenses.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years in compensation, benefits, and payroll
• Experience leading global rewards and payroll operations
• Experience with executive compensation and equity programs
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international regulations (FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA)
• Proven leadership and team-building experience

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead global total rewards and payroll strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Coach and develop the Total Rewards and Payroll team; build succession plans.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and consultants in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure compliant governance reflecting country differences and pay transparency laws.
• Oversee executive compensation, equity, and broad-based incentive programs.
