Verra Mobility seeks a Senior Director, Total Rewards and Payroll to lead global compensation, benefits, and payroll strategy. This hands-on leader advises executives, mentors the Total Rewards team, and partners with Finance on budgeting and cost management.

The role shapes job architecture, salary structures, equity programs, and global benefits while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and driving change management for the workforce.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in compensation, benefits, and payroll with leadership experience.
• Expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and Compensation Committee reporting.
• Global benefits and payroll operations in multiple countries.
• Knowledge of FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and FMLA.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree and professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global total rewards and payroll strategy.
• Advise executives and HR while leading the Total Rewards and Payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and cost management.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
