Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits experience.
• Experience leading global Total Rewards teams across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of US regulations governing compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Total Rewards programs aligning with business goals.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and incentive programs.
• Design and integrate job architecture and compensation across the enterprise.
• Drive analytics and data-driven decision making to assess program effectiveness.
