Job summary

IFF is seeking a visionary leader to set the global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits and executive rewards, as the business transitions to a standalone entity.

Based in the United States with global scope, this role reports to the CHRO for Food Ingredients and partners with Finance, Legal and regional leaders to design, govern and optimize rewards programs that enable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards, compensation, benefits or HR leadership experience.
• Global or multi-country Total Rewards program leadership.
• Expertise in designing broad-based compensation programs and incentive plans.
• Experience with executive compensation and benefits strategy.
• Strong governance, compliance and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate inherited compensation and benefits programs; develop a stand-alone business approach.
• Oversee global compensation structures, benchmarking and annual planning.
• Design and govern incentive programs tied to leadership performance and value creation.
• Provide governance for global benefits programs in partnership with Benefits Director.
• Oversee executive compensation strategy for a PE-backed growth-focused company.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and HR to ensure compliant, cost-disciplined rewards.
• Lead transition from inherited programs to scalable, business-aligned rewards portfolio.
