Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking an Associate Director of Total Rewards to shape compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs across our global organization. You will partner with leaders in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and beyond to design, deliver, and continuously improve rewards programs that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team, manage complex regulatory reporting, and drive data-driven decisions with executive presence and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Benefits, or related HR experience.
• Experience in a complex professional services firm.
• Willing to commute to local office 3-4 days/week.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.
• Deep expertise in global benefits regulations and compensation compliance.
• Ability to build credibility and lead senior leaders.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, evaluate, and improve global health and welfare programs.
• Collaborate with London and international offices on Total Rewards.
• Lead annual audits and regulatory reporting (ACA, Form 5500, etc.).
• Oversee compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for Total Rewards.
