Winston Taylor LLP seeks an Associate Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs across the firm's global offices. This role partners with the Director and senior leadership to design, deliver, and continuously improve Total Rewards in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee analytics, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and cross-regional collaboration with London and other international offices, while building a

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience.
• Willing to come into the local office 3-4 days per week.
• Experience designing and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, evaluate, and improve global health and welfare benefit programs.
• Develop and execute a progressive benefits strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead vendor relationships, renewals, and budgeting for benefits programs.
• Ensure ERISA/ACA/ COBRA/ HIPAA compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee annual Open Enrollment and related communications.
• Collaborate with global Talent leaders to align Total Rewards across regions.
