• Develop and execute a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with firm objectives and talent priorities.
• Lead the evolution of offerings, vendors, and technology to support health, well-being, and AI-enabled benefits.
• Oversee a global benefits budget and drive cost forecasting, design, and governance.
• Oversee leaves, accommodations, and compliance across U.S. and international offices.
• Direct a global rewards team, mentor staff, and build capabilities in analytics and technology.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliant handling of PHI and personnel data.
