• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 10+ years in compensation/benefits/payroll with 5+ years in supervision; manufacturing exp & international exp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, regulatory requirements, and global pay/benefits practices.

Responsabilidades

• Directs Total Rewards policies and initiatives and communicates them effectively.
• Oversee compensation philosophy, salary structures, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
• Oversee benefits programs design, open enrollment, vendor partnerships, and compliance.
• Lead payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance across regions.
• Manage HRIS data governance and analytics for reporting to leadership.
