Job summary

FieldCore’s Tooling Facility Supervisor II leads the tooling facility operations to support field service missions. You will oversee a team of Tooling Coordinators, manage calibration programs, and ensure compliance with EHS directives while collaborating with Service managers to optimize day-to-day tooling activities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with tooling processes. Travel may be required, with holidays and weekends work as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 1+ years managing and developing employees.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tooling inventory and readiness for jobs; manage tool kits and data upload.
• Coordinate with facility staff to maintain and test tools.
• Maintain tooling calibration status; coordinate calibrations and repairs.
• Setup shipping and coordinate delivery/collection of tools to site; manage schedules.
