Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. through FieldCore seeks a Tooling Process Specialist II to manage tool fulfillment across the region, handling order entry, tracking, and data integrity in the Tooling Database system.

You will coordinate with field teams and vendors, prepare shipping documents, and monitor certifications while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes in a fast-paced energy services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years international shipping experience.
• Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational ability.
• English proficiency required and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool center housekeeping to meet safety standards and follow guidelines.
• Validate system data, forecast business impact, and train others as needed.
• Collaborate with field teams and vendors to source materials and manage tool requests.
• Create shipment documents, verify tool serials, and manage tooling database updates.
• Generate reports from tooling demand system and assist with re-kitting and restocking.
