Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Process Associate I to support regional tool fulfilment, ordering, and administration. You will manage tooling entries, track certifications, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely tool availability.

The role requires basic tooling knowledge, strong organizational skills, and ability to work with digital tooling systems. Occasional travel and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment.
  • Moderate computer knowledge including OS basics, file handling, hyperlinks, filters, and spreadsheet/database views.
  • Strong team player attitude with adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tool center housekeeping to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Work with limited supervision.
  • Understand tooling operations discipline at a basic level.
  • Monitor tool system requests and create toolkit project schedules, including changes.
  • Maintain dates and certifications in Tooling Database system.
  • Monitor Tooling Database for requests and project changes.
  • Notify site teams of pickup schedules and Tooling systems.
  • Assist with confirming tool assignments and shipping documents in Tooling Database system.
  • Validate information and serial numbers for tooling equipment in systems.
  • Assist with re-kitting, restocking, and tool loss calculations.
  • Create reports from tooling demand system.
  • Generate invoices to field teams for tooling supplies, rentals and freight.
  • Purchase tool center materials and products.
  • Liaise between field teams and tooling for scope and schedule.
  • Create new digital toolkits in Tooling system on request.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions for new system functionalities.

Job Summary

The Tooling Process Associate I will be responsible for fulfilment of tools across the region providing support in the areas of order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other administrative activities. Responsible for engaging in order entry, management and tracking of tools utilizing digital platforms for Tooling Management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain housekeeping of tool center to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
  • Works with limited supervision
  • Basic understanding in specific tooling operations discipline
  • Monitor tool system requests with the region field teams and create toolkit project schedules, including last minute changes
  • Accurately maintain dates and equipment certifications in Tooling Database system
  • Carefully monitor Tooling Database system for requests and project changes
  • Notify site teams of pickup schedules and Tooling systems
  • Assist with the confirmation of tool assignments in Tooling Database system
  • Assist with the creation of shipping documents in Tooling Database system
  • Validate information and serial numbers for accuracy of all tooling equipment in Tooling systems
  • Support in providing necessary information regarding the re-kitting of returned tool kits, restocking needs, and tool loss calculations
  • Configure and create reports from tooling demand system
  • Generate invoices to field teams for tooling supplies, rentals and freight
  • Responsible for purchasing tool center materials and products
  • Liaison between field teams and tooling for scope and schedule
  • Create new digital toolkits in Tooling system when requested from site projects
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions for new system functionalities as required
  • Complete required, annual safety training
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment
  • Moderate computer knowledge which includes but not limited to the following: understands operating systems; understands how to use flash drives and memory cards; knows how to insert hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications; conduct complex sorting, applying filters, and using different views on spreadsheets and database
  • Strong team player attitude; maintain flexibility within the changing business priorities
  • Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • English Proficiency Required

Physical Requirements (EU Excluded)
  • Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is #21.25 to $35.10. Employees may be eligible for overtime.
