GE Vernova, in partnership with FieldCore, seeks a Tooling Coordinator to maintain, coordinate, and update tooling records and to oversee shipping to field locations. You will manage calibration, warranty parts, and kit inventories while ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery for outages.

• Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed.
• Track shipments to customers/Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer parts and tools returned for calibration.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure each kit has proper quantity and tools.
• Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
• Coordinate and package all supplies needed for outages.
• Monitor each kit before shipping to ensure a kit template and calibration certificate enclosed.
