Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Timekeeping Product Design to translate roadmaps into scalable timekeeping processes and system configurations for a global workforce. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Legal to ensure compliant, consumerized time entry, automate data flows, and implement validation rules, while leading UX research and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience translating strategy into detailed process designs.
• Experience in timekeeping, payroll data flow, or HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Enable & execute the Global Timekeeping Product Design Roadmap in partnership with product strategists.
• Design standardized, scalable time entry and approval processes across geographies.
• Drive automation of time data flows between timekeeping platforms and payroll systems.
• Embed audit-ready controls to meet SOX and regulatory obligations.
• Apply UX research methods to identify friction points in time-entry and approval.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, People Tech, Finance, Legal and vendors.
