Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an International Operations Manager to handle daily international operations and the organizational management of the city station. You will recruit, develop and motivate staff to deliver world-class customer experiences and meet client expectations, while aligning with AIT’s growth plans.

Responsibilities include coordinating with overseas offices and partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring tools and processes enable profitable international product lines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in international logistics and freight forwarder roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong negotiation and procurement skills; P&L management experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor a global operations team.
• Experience with air/ocean freight and carrier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support key account operations requirements and ensure service execution and reliability.
• Be actively involved with clients to develop revenue.
• Collaborate with AIT offices overseas and global partners.
• Recruit international operations staff within the market.
• Deliver against global strategy and drive growth and profitability.
• Interact with decision makers to promote customer solutions.
