Job summary

You will drive global operations, quality proposals, risk reviews, and cross-functional alignment with sales and business units to secure strategic opportunities. In this role you will mentor a matrix-team, establish standards, improve processes, and deliver competitive, compliant submissions across regions, while shaping governance and continuous improvement in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of bids, proposals, or tendering experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing proposal teams.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial and tendering processes.
• Experience managing risk reviews and complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
