Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director for GSINC Legal Template Transformation. You will own global strategy for simplifying templates, clauses, and playbooks and drive execution across localization, deployment, and adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure features align with enterprise risk tolerance and business needs, delivering measurable improvements in speed, consistency, and protections.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree required.
• Advanced training in legal operations, contracting, transformation, or change management preferred.
• Experience leading complex global contracting or legal transformation with enterprise impact.
• Fluency in automation, analytics, structured data and responsible AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global legal template transformation roadmap, priorities, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the assessment, consolidation, simplification, drafting, validation, and approval of templates, clauses, fallback positions, playbooks, exhibits, and guidance.
• Set plain-language, user-centered content standards that maintain protections while reducing complexity and cycle time.
• Steward consistent legal positions and risk treatment; challenge legacy approaches and escalate material changes when needed.
• Lead localization of globally neutral content, limiting variation to approved requirements.
• Build end-to-end operating model including intake, taxonomy, roles, and tools; ensure governance.
