Nscale, a GPU cloud provider for AI, seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the Technology Operations program portfolio across offices, data-centre locations, and remote teams. You will lead delivery, coordinate with TechOps engineers, and ensure plans are executable with minimal drag, accelerating value for the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management.
• Delivered large-scale endpoint, identity or collaboration migrations.
• Hands-on with identity, device management and productivity tools.
• Strong change management and end-user communications.
• Experience defining delivery standards and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical detail into executive-level reporting.
• Experience in fast-growing international tech org (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio.
• Lead technology implementation, migration and remediation at scale.
• Translate designs into delivery plans with accurate documentation.
• Support changes with adoption planning and stakeholder communications.
• Define delivery standards and run weekly reviews.
• Manage blockers and escalations to resolution.
• Create intake and prioritisation mechanisms.
