Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the Technology Operations program portfolio across offices, data-centre locations, and remote teams. You will own delivery outcomes, translate designs into actionable plans, and collaborate with TechOps engineers to ensure smooth execution while challenging plans when needed.

You will drive delivery standards, reporting, and executive-level updates, while supporting adoption, readiness, and risk management in a growing AI infrastructure

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience or related discipline.
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale endpoint, identity, or collaboration platform migrations.
• Hands-on familiarity with identity, device management, productivity and core workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio, including migrations and productivity tooling transformation.
• Define delivery standards and run weekly programme reviews and roadmaps.
• Maintain executive-ready portfolio view and translate delivery detail into business impact.
