Job summary

Nscale seeks a Principal Technical Product Manager to define and deliver the hardware infrastructure powering large-scale AI workloads. You will own GPU and compute hardware portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycle, aligning customer needs with internal software tooling used to automate deployment.

You will evaluate trade-offs across performance, cost, reliability, and scalability, lead executive discussions with customers and partners, and drive a cross-functional organization from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of server and data-center infrastructure.
• Experience with TCO modeling and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-generation GPU and compute hardware roadmaps.
• Own hardware product definition including requirements, reference architectures, configurations, performance targets, and lifecycle strategy.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, OEMs, ODMs through NPI, qualification, production readiness, and deployment.
• Lead executive and technical discussions with customers and partners, communicating strategy, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
• Develop customer-facing product documentation and roadmaps that explain hardware platforms and roadmap.
