Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Global Delivery and Transformation Lead to set execution strategy and drive a portfolio of high-priority initiatives across Global Technology Centers. You will convert enterprise priorities into integrated roadmaps, scalable delivery models, and coordinated execution across regions.

In this global, matrixed role, you will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage change, and realize measurable business and technology outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex programs in large global organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-workstream programs from strategy to execution.
• Ability to advise senior executives, exercise judgment, and drive decisions across boundaries.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for planning and reporting.
• Strong governance, risk, and benefits realization skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across global Tech Centers.
• Develop and manage integrated transformation roadmaps with milestones and benefits.
• Establish governance, operating cadence, and executive reporting for delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and translate requirements.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies across locations.
• Define and track success measures and provide senior leaders with insights.
• Strengthen delivery capability by establishing standards and controls.
• Mobilize globally distributed teams and clarify ownership.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices.
