Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Strategy and Transformation professional to partner on technology programs with the Global Technology COO and senior leaders. The role emphasizes designing solutions, delivering large-scale initiatives, and building repeatable transformation frameworks to drive alignment and outcomes.

You will work with senior management across management, Global Technology, and LoBs to develop narratives, analyze data, and influence decisions that shape critical priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology strategy or large-scale delivery.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making and scope complex problems.
• Support the execution and delivery of large-scale programs with frameworks and roadmaps.
• Assist the design and implementation of transformation frameworks for repeatable delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous process optimization and capture lessons learned.
• Analyze source data to identify trends and opportunities for stakeholders.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with executives and LoBs to drive alignment.
• Create concise exec-level communication materials and narratives.
