Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar
• Hands-on technical experience in software/development, systems, or IT ops preferred
• Strong ability to understand applications, infrastructure, and dependencies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple cross-functional technology and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Translate requirements into actionable project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate priorities across technology teams and changing business needs.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, status reports, and comms plans.
• Manage onboarding, hardware provisioning, and IT enablement initiatives.
• Oversee infrastructure projects including deployments, upgrades, and environment changes.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, procurement, and IT teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and unblock blockers to ensure deliverables.
