Track dependencies across product, architecture, platform, infrastructure, UX, and deployment teams. Ensure program risks are proactively identified, assessed, communicated, and mitigated. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and operating models.
  • Organizational Readiness & Change: Partner with change management and training teams to support adoption of the Global Audit Platform. Coordinate pilot initiatives, user feedback programs, readiness activities, and deployment planning. Assist in developing communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder engagement materials.
