ENVE Composites, based in Ogden, Utah, seeks a technology leader to shape the company’s global technology strategy. You will build teams, align business priorities with scalable tech, and oversee ERP, IT operations, web development, data warehousing, and BI while collaborating with specialists handling day-to-day infrastructure.

You’ll translate business needs into practical tech, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive cybersecurity governance as ENVE expands globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategy in a complex business environment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they connect manufacturing, finance, operations, and sales.

Responsibilities

Define ENVE's technology roadmap and lead the people, vendors, and systems.
Oversee ERP strategy and internal IT operations.
Lead enterprise web development, data warehousing, and business intelligence initiatives.
Drive cybersecurity governance and risk management across global operations.
