ENVE Composites, based in Ogden, Utah, seeks a technology leader to shape the company’s global technology strategy. You will build teams, align business priorities with scalable tech, and oversee ERP, IT operations, web development, data warehousing, and BI while collaborating with specialists handling day-to-day infrastructure.

You’ll translate business needs into practical tech, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive cybersecurity governance as ENVE expands globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategy in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they connect manufacturing, finance, operations, and sales.

We're seeking someone who can build teams, develop technology strategy, and translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions that help our company grow. You'll oversee both our internal IT operations and our software engineering capabilities -including enterprise applications, ERP strategy, web development, data warehousing, and business intelligence -while partnering with technical specialists who own the day-to-day infrastructure. Work Schedule & Environment

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8-hoursOccasional extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts may be required (1-2x per year)Regular onsite attendance required; this is not a remote opportunityWork environment includes office settings and occasional time in warehouse/manufacturing areasMust be able to lift 20 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching
