Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Lead to drive strategic ERP architecture across SAP and Oracle, defining roadmaps and governance for global deployments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own ERP security, SOX compliance, and integration strategies, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable ERP solutions that align with the company’s transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technical discipline with 8+ years related experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.
• Strong experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture.
• Hands-on SAP HANA implementations, administration, configurations, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SAP and Oracle with cloud and enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing SAP GRC, ERP security, user access, and SoD controls.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and related platforms.
• Own ERP security, governance, SoD, and SOX compliance.
• Lead SAP/Oracle development, APIs, and UI5/Fiori applications.
• Define integration strategies across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Oversee system performance, upgrades, backups, and DR readiness.
• Mentor global teams of architects, developers, and security specialists.
