Job description

• Four yrs experience in software engineering or development.
• Experience must include ERP Prophet 21, building integrations to ERPs, .NET experience, designing and building APIs, managing global teams, delivering robust, complex solutions for manufacturing industry, and experience working with C-Suite.
• Must have at least 2 years customer facing experience. Must have TOGAF 9 certification.

All hires for this position must match job criteria using Culture Index Survey. Travel required 25-50% of year to Illinois and some international locations. Additional worksites: Denver - Aurora - Centennial, CO.

Duties

• Lead global technology strategy and enterprise architecture and lead team of 15 engineers in delivering innovative, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) -aligned solutions that leverage Azure's full stack of cloud services.
• Architect and implement scalable system-agnostic framework for ERP integrations. Establish robust CI/CD pipelines. Drive adoption of serverless computing, improving system scalability and resilience and reducing cloud infrastructure maintenance costs.
• Drive implementation of comprehensive CI/CD practices, reducing deployment time and errors significantly. Own frontend, backend and integration layer.
• Manage both onshore and offshore product resources.
• Attend standup calls with product team.
• Ensure client instances are operating as expected.
• Liaise with VP of sales engineering and CEO on customer requirements and implement as needed into product roadmap. Own all three products: development, security and architecture.
