Lead engineering and delivery teams responsible for all global guest support technology enabling the Guest Education Center (GEC) / Contact Center, including customer and case management, live channels (phone, chat, video, messaging, email), chatbot and self-service, commerce and identity, and RPA, as well as global store reporting and data and analyticsproducts and services across all Retail, Omni, Guest Support, and B2B channels. Direct strategy and roadmaps for the department in support of business capabilities. Lead business caseand annual operating plan development in collaboration with business and technology partners. Build engineering capability and capacity on the team through employee hires, contractors,and strategic vendor partners in support of agile delivery. Accountable for CapEx and OpEx financials (department and project), resource management, risk and dependency managementand mitigation. Accountable for the successful planning and delivery of technology capabilities in collaboration with business, product, and cross-functional technology leaders.
Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day/week.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical field, and 10 years of experience in Information Technology (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate experience).
Must have 5 years of experience leading complex, global technology initiatives in a Retail environment.
Must have 5 years of experience working with and leading initiatives in the following areas:
Must have 3 years of people management experience leading global engineering teams leveraging agile delivery practices with a team size of at least 15 people.
Must have 2 years of experience working with and leading initiatives in the following areas:
Must have 1 year of experience working with:
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
Authorization to work in the USA is required for this role.
For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in apay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington isfrom $278,000 - $298,000/yr; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
