Job summary

RE Partners is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technology roles across EMEA and the Americas/LATAM. You will partner with engineering leaders, delivery teams, and hiring managers to attract high-quality technical talent for RE Partners and client engagements.

You will combine recruiting expertise with an understanding of technology stacks and regional talent markets to build scalable pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with focus on technical roles in technology services, consulting, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers and other specialized technical roles.
• Strong ability to distinguish between technical roles, seniority levels, and relevant versus adjacent candidate experience.
• Experience partnering with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and senior hiring stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across EMEA and the Americas/LATAM.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to translate requirements into recruiting strategies.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with engineering teams.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and provide recruitment metrics and pipeline reporting.
