Quad/Graphics, a global marketing experience company, seeks a Technical Services Specialist to drive technical service efforts across national and international customers, collaborating with prepress, design, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Ten years of folding carton/label industry experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Strong project management abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct customer interactions (national and international).
• Stay ahead of technologies and collaborate with prepress, structural, and design groups, manufacturing to implement new equipment and systems.
• Work with finance, design, and IT to automate design systems with estimating processes.
• Qualify and certify international locations to ensure consistent standards.
• Engage with vendors to explore new technologies and ensure compliance.
• Support field service technicians in resolving technical issues.
• Assist with prepress, brand management tasks, and graphics/structural design projects.
• Project-manage implementation of new technologies and onboard new customers.
• Provide customer technical support and coordinate Global Packaging projects.
