Job summary

iBase-t is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across our organization, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and close top candidates.

This role requires headhunting excellence, experience across multiple geographies and compensation practices, and the ability to structure competitive offers that balance market needs with internal equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software/engineering.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries/regions including EOR/PEO.
• Hands-on compensation: market benchmarking, salary bands, and offers.
• Proven headhunting with direct sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and passive channels.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment compliance basics and country nuances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence with hiring managers.
• Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards and interview plans.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals.
• Recruit across multiple countries and employment models, adapting to local norms.
• Present compensation packages using salary bands and market data.
• Guide offers negotiations balancing market and equity considerations.
• Maintain requisition, pipeline, and time-to-hire data in the ATS; report metrics.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Champion a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
