Job summary

iBase-t is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across our global team. You will source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates with direct, targeted outreach and collaborate with hiring managers on role definitions and interview plans.

You will recruit across multiple geographies, craft competitive offers using market data, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions (NA & EMEA).
• Hands-on compensation work: market benchmarking and offer construction.
• Proven headhunting with direct outreach for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and passive channels.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment compliance basics (EEO/OFCCP) and international nuances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Proficiency with an ATS/HRIS platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards and interview plans.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals.
• Recruit across multiple countries and employment models, adapting to local norms.
• Present compensation packages using salary bands and market data.
• Guide offers negotiations balancing market competitiveness and equity.
• Maintain requisition, pipeline, and time-to-hire data in the ATS; report metrics.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Champion candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support employer branding, including job postings and career site content.
