Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager II (TPM II) for the Global Process Owner role within the AWS DC Community-Availability Serviceability program in Herndon, VA. You will own end-to-end maintenance standards, drive global execution, and coordinate across regions to reduce risk and lower fleet cost.

The role requires 3+ years in technical product/program management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with complex, regulated maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years operating and maintaining fuel systems and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own operational relationships with support teams and cross-organizational stakeholders to drive increased performance.
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills and back up assumptions with hard data to drive business cases and goals.
• Interact and collaborate with customers, sponsors, product managers, and internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes across the program.
• Own the technical standard for your program and influence related designs.
• Lead the delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs.
