Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.

• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations partners to drive performance.
• Use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Collaborate with Customers, Sponsors, Technical PMs and internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to and influence technical designs.
• Lead cross-group communication and coordination for large projects and programs.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Identify, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create and share program information with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25%.
