Job summary

Google's Digital Technology Manager, Data Center Operations leads a global, multi-disciplinary program management team across NA, EMEA and APAC to ensure seamless handover of design and construction assets into operations.

You will partner with executives to shape the technical content ecosystem, drive AI integration, and define the roadmap for scalable engineering content systems. English proficiency is required for all roles at Google.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a highly technical, distributed team of program managers globally.
• Partner with executive leadership to influence decisions on digital content, tooling, and AI integration.
• Governance for critical engineering and building design documents, ensuring smooth handover from construction to operations.
• Drive the roadmap for engineering content systems and sustainable operational models.
• Lead change management to integrate content platforms with enterprise systems and optimize user experience.
