Job summary

Google is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the Global CFP engagement model within Data Center Operations. The role involves planning requirements, managing schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional partners across Google to drive consistent decision-making.

You will own the program charter, BRDs, RACI matrices, and detailed workflow charts, structuring the program for scale and cross-team alignment as Google grows its data center footprint globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management at data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

Design and launch the global CFP engagement model across all tiers.
Create foundational artifacts: charters, BRDs, RACI, and workflow charts.
Track performance with Data Center KPI scorecards and escalation paths.
Lead change management to enable proactive, high-velocity planning.
Apply AI/ML to solve problems and automate tasks at scale.
