Job summary

Google seeks a Global Technical Program Manager to lead the Cross Functional Program within Data Center Operations. You will coordinate stakeholders, plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate with executives and engineers to drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

As CFP owner, you will establish governance, develop BRDs and RACIs, and scale the program across multiple sites, aligning teams like GSO, DCOps, and EHS to optimize site-level discussions and ML

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management at data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other 24x7 operations.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional programs across large teams.
Strong planning, change management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and launch the global CFP structured engagement model across all tiers.
Establish artifacts from scratch: charters, BRDs, RACIs, and workflow charts.
Govern KPI scorecards and escalation paths for performance.
Lead change management to enable proactive, high-velocity operational planning.
Deploy AI/ML technologies to automate tasks and deliver scalable impact.
