Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases. You will coordinate across product groups and geographies, manage agile releases, and communicate with executives and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, experience with Agile and SAFe, and managing complex programs in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe development framework in a milestone driven environment.
• Fluent in English and able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources from initiation to sustainment.
• Lead Engineering Teams and/or Release Train to ensure defined, developed, and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs with budget responsibilities.
• Produce Program Management Reviews, status reports, and leadership communications.
• Interact with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and external Customers.
• Support Program Increment Planning to align priorities, dependencies, risks, and PI plans.
