Job summary

The Technical Program Manager at Vontier Corporation leads end-to-end delivery of development programs across teams and geographies, driving on-time releases from requirements through production deployment.

You will work with Product Management, Engineering and Stakeholders to define priorities, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, embracing Agile and SAFe practices for complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe in milestone-driven environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global programs with end-to-end delivery.
• Lead engineering teams and release trains across geographies.
• Provide hands-on Agile program management for high-complexity programs.
• Prepare Program Management Reviews and status reports.
