Job summary

VGAI Solutions is seeking a Principal Scrum Lead to act as the primary Program Manager for strategic mobile initiatives, guiding iOS and Android teams across Product, Engineering, Design, QA and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong SAFe and Agile execution, cross-functional coaching, and governance to ensure on-time delivery across distributed teams in a hybrid on-site model in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
9+ years in an Agile environment with program management experience.
Deep SAFe Agile experience including PI Planning and dependency management.
Mobile app delivery experience for iOS/Android.
Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams.

Responsibilities

Manage large cross-functional mobile programs from inception to release.
Lead SAFe ceremonies, PI Planning, dependencies, and release coordination.
Coach engineering teams on SAFe and new ways of working.
Partner with Product Owners and Managers on backlog health.
Promote transparency and remove impediments across teams.
Coordinate distributed onshore and offshore engineering efforts.
