Job summary

Meta is seeking Product TPMs who operate at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to deliver impact at scale. TPMs define goals, roadmaps, and functional requirements for new products and features across Meta platforms.

This role leads technical strategy across Meta-wide platforms, collaborating with teams spanning Ads, Privacy, Monetization, Commerce, and more to drive measurable progress and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical PM.
• Experience delivering complex tech programs end-to-end.
• Experience defining strategic direction and opportunities for impact.
• Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, defining scope.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.
• Executive-level communication and influencing senior leadership.
• Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and own cross-functional products and programs execution in a matrix organization.
• Drive and influence technical and product strategy, identify risks, and set priorities.
• Help define the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams you work with.
• Design measurements to track impact and drive process improvements.
• Articulate technology requirements, goals, and milestones for your team.
• Collaboratively define the vision for building Meta-scale, global products.
• Move fast in a flat org by coordinating with PMs, eng, and TPMs across Meta.
