Job summary

Meta's Product Technical Program Management (TPM) group seeks senior TPMs who can bridge engineering, product, and business strategy across Meta-scale platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Reality Labs.

You will define high-level goals and roadmaps, monitor progress, and specify functional requirements for new products and features, while collaborating across functions to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
• Experience driving and delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions with strong communication at executive levels

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery
• Own cross-functional products and programs execution in a matrix organization
• Drive technical and product strategy, identify risks and mitigation plans
• Define roadmaps and long-term strategy for teams you work with
• Design measurements to track impact and drive process improvements
• Articulate goals, milestones and requirements for your team
• Collaboratively build shared vision for Meta-scale products
• Coordinate end-to-end project plans and ensure quality delivery
• Communicate plans and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Align product decisions with higher company initiatives
• Establish cross-functional alignment to scale products across Meta
